Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Opened or used supplements cannot be returned due to safety and quality regulations.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Products marked as final sale or discounted

  • Dissatisfaction with results or personal expectations

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the product or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
