Etherion Health Subscription Policy
At Etherion Health, we believe your wellness journey should feel empowering — not restrictive. Our subscription program is designed to give you convenience, consistency, and savings, with simple cancellation terms.
1. How Subscriptions Work
When you purchase a subscription product from Etherion Health:
- You agree to receive the product on a recurring basis (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).
- Your payment method on file will be automatically charged before each shipment.
- Products are shipped automatically according to your selected delivery frequency.
- You will receive an email confirmation for each order processed.
There are no long-term contracts or hidden commitments.
2. Billing & Renewal
- Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled.
- Billing occurs on a recurring basis according to your selected delivery schedule.
- Charges are processed using the payment method on file at the time of renewal.
- If payment fails, we may retry billing or pause the subscription until updated payment information is provided.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their billing and shipping information is accurate and up to date.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
We make cancellation straightforward.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing:

- A clear request to cancel your subscription
Important Timing Policy
- Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
- If a cancellation request is received after your renewal charge has processed, that order will ship and cannot be refunded.
- Your subscription will be canceled before the next billing cycle after confirmation.
We respond to all cancellation requests within 1–2 business days.
4. Skipping or Modifying Orders
Before your billing date, you may:
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your shipping address
- Update payment information
- Request to skip an upcoming shipment
To make changes, email info@etherionhealth.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
5. Returns & Refunds (Subscription Orders)
- Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Opened supplement products are non-refundable for safety and quality reasons.
- Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery (customer responsible for return shipping).
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We may attempt to reprocess the charge.
- If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
- Etherion Health is not responsible for shipment delays caused by failed payments.
7. Abuse & Policy Protection
To protect the integrity of our subscription program:
- Repeated chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account termination.
- Etherion Health reserves the right to cancel subscriptions at our discretion.
